Workday Issues

Workday issues
The Temp Project is aware that some employees including Temps are having issues with the introduction of Workday. If you are having problems like your paycheck being incorrect or trouble accessing your benefits here's what you can do.
1/ Call or email Shared Services to report the issue. Make sure you get a ticket/reference number so your issue can be tracked easily through the system.
2/ Get in touch with your local HR person to inform them about the problem.
Hopefully these two steps will resolved the issue in a timely fashion.
If the issue or problem continues, get in touch with a CMG staff representative to advise and assist you. You can find the list of the staff representatives on the CMG website.
